It will take about 4 minutes of your time but I promise it will be one of the best things you'll read today.

Grab your pop corn and enjoy.

In my 1 decade + 8yrs of living on earth,I have come across 100s of business cards.

Most times it consists

> The name of the company.

> Their address.

> What they do.

> How you can contact them.

I have seen lots that are not designed well.

Misuse of color.

Bad fonts.

No clear call to action.

Just crap.

And you know the results for having such business cards?

The business conversation rate will be very low or at 0 completely.

Why?

The business card is the first impressions people have of your business. They don't really know you and they see your business card and it's not presentable?

You've lost a customer.

And this can also be related to building on Twitter.

You have lost so many followers and clients because your business card is crappy.

When I say business card,I mean your profile!

It is not presentable enough and doesn't covert as much as it should.

If you don't solve this problem quickly, all your activities will be a waste.

Lemme explain.

You engage like a mad man and people come to profile and see

> Blury PFP.

> A disorganized header.

> A self centered bio.

> No CTA

Also, there's something that most people do,I do it a lot.

When someone new sends me a DM. Before replying,I check your profile,if it doesn't appeal to me I won't reply.

So now, you're seeing why nailing your profile iso important?

So now,I'll be helping you create a more convertible profile.

If you play your cards well plus implement all I'll be saying here and you don't get results.

Feel free to sue me.

Features of your converting business card:

• A clear Bio

• A stunning profile picture

• A simple-professional name

• An attractive & supportive cover-photo

• A highly-engaged + valuable pinned tweet

We'll take each of these points one at a time.

Lets get started:

1. Your Name

Getting a name is the first thing that happens when…

• You get registered in school.

• You join a new society

• You log in to a new app.

I bet you're already familiar with this.

However, many don't get this part right in their profile.

You should avoid using

- slangs

- numbers

- shortforms

This is NO Game.

So goodbye "silverdestiny876"

Using something simple like your full name is the best option.

And you must have figured out....

Twitter is unique..

It has two names

The name at the Top - "display name"

The name at the bottom - "username"

Name Tip1: Do NOT make it a habit to change your username often.

This name is very important. Its what people use in order to search for you. If possible... Edit it once and never again

Name Tip2: Your display name could have a "|" or "•" after your name to explain what you do

Ex:

Joan | Social media manager

Pinto • Copywriter.

2. Profile Picture

This is the most captivating part of your business card.

The goal of your profile picture is to describe your stand

You're a fashionista

You need to look beautiful.

You're a librarian?

You need to look like a nerd

You're a gym instructor?

You need to look like so

See,Your profile picture is your FACE on social media.

In real life,You have a face... right?

Social media isn't real life.

So,Naturally.... You will be judged by what you have on your "social media face"

Do you see how important this is?

This is why...

If you sale books don't place a book as your profile picture.

If you sell Gym equipment... Don't place a stationary bicycle on your picture!

Are you a stationary bicycle in real life?

What makes a decent picture?

• The quality ( Studio ✅ )

• It MUST have superb lighting

• It MUST have you at the center

• It MUST have a clear view of your face

The emotions needed?

• Friendly - smile, laugh

• Confidence - Smirk, take picture at a slightly-raised angle

Pro tip:

I highly suggest a studio shot if you're new in your niche.

You want to give off a near-perfect first impression.

Then.... When you've become known in the community... You could take a selfie as a profile picture

...or even an NFT.

Start with professionalism

3.Your Bio

This turns profile visitors into followers more than any other aspect of feature of your business card.

When someone comes to your profile... They have questions

Your bio has one job. To give answers.

What are the questions on their mind?

• Who are you?

• What are you doing?

• What have you done?

• What can you do for me?

This is why your bio needs to clearly explain these.

4. Your CTA.

Its important to place a call to action on your bio.

On the website section of the bio to be specific.

I've gotten 100s of email subcribers just by putting my link up there. You should too:

5.Your Cover Photo

Its also called Header or background photo.

The name changes but the purpose remains the same.

The goal of your cover photo is to compliment the details of your bio:

Your cover photo could have other variances:

~ A quote - one related to your niche

~ A picture you took in a crowd - with you at the centre. Social+

~ A clear shot of you speaking to a crowd. Authority+

~ A picture taken with an industry expert. Credibility+

6. Pinned Thread.

This is your first thread.

This is the first piece of yourself you can offer to someone who visits your profile for the first time

It needs to be good. I mean.... Good!

Even if it means spending 10 hours on this one!

It should:

• ..have a good number of engagements on it.

• ..NOT be a promotional link (people didn't come to your profile - or social media in general - to buy stuff)

• ..NOT have to be your best thread. It should be your best niche-related thread

If you use these 6 things to the MAX...

You will convert more visitors to followers.

Many people mess this part up ...that's why many don't grow anyway

You reading up to this point reveals you're not one of many.

And I'm rooting for you

So if you are a creator, coach or founder who wants to build an engaged following + increase their income.

I'll be willing to help you.

Talk to you soon.
